Mackle Petfoods, founded in 1972 and based in Co. Armagh, is Ireland’s fastest growing pet food manufacturer, leading the way in pet products for 40 years. Mackle Petfoods operates three production facilities and produces a range of wet and dry dog food and wet cat food. Products are supplied to wholesale, retail and pet specialist markets in a variety of formats; single 400g cans or 400g can multipacks, 1200g cans and single serve trays and pots.
Since day one, this independent family-owned business has adhered to strict guidelines, working closely with vets and specialist pet nutritionists and sourcing only the finest natural local ingredients to produce top quality products. Recipes are tailored to suit various markets needs from a value range through to a super premium range in a variety of flavours. • Brandy 395g cans are packed full of 100% Irish Meat sourced from across the island of Ireland. Brandy is fully traceable from farm to can and contains no artificial colours or flavours, just fresh, natural ingredients. Brandy is available in a range of convenient multi-pack formats, 3 Packs, 6 Packs and a Variety 12 Pack. We have introduced two additional 6 Packs to the Brandy range for 2012. To complement Brandy's exisitng loaf product's, Brandy is now available in Variety Chunks in Jelly and Variety Chunks in Gravy 6 Pack offerings.
• Brandy Complete is made using only 100% Natural ingredients and contains no artificial colours or flavours, providing 100% complete nourishment for your dog. Brandy Complete comes in two great flavours, Original and Chicken & Rice and is available in 2.5kg, 9kg and 15kg pack sizes.
• Cat Club in chunks and jelly is available in three flavours, Chicken & Liver, Beef & Game and Salmon & Trout. For added convenience, Cat Club is also available as a triple pack in each flavour and as a Variety 6 and 12 Pack.
• Jessie cat and dog food were added to Mackle Petfoods portfolio in 2005. Jessie is available as a 400g single serve can and delivers affordable, high quality pet food to a demanding volume market.
• McGrath is all about the food, offering meals that look like you prepared them yourself. McGrath is a 100% natural product and is available in 3 delicious recipes; Irish Stew, Beef Casserole & Mediterranean Chicken.
• Champion Professional is a range of complete dog food specially formulated for Working and Sporting Dogs. Champion Professional is available in two 12 pack offerings, Champion 12 Pack and Breederpack 12 Pack.
• Brandy Sport, Husky and Cumfy pet food are also tailored towards the value end of the market. Brandy Sport dog food is available in a 15kg bag with 18% protein and a 1200g can with chicken in gravy. Cumfy and Husky cat and dog food are available in a 3x400g triple pack offering with chicken in chunks and jelly.
• Private Label - as well as supplying our own leading brands, we also produce a range of private label products for major retailers in Ireland and the UK. Our commercial team is focused on how we can add value to own label customers; achieved through creation of distinctive products which support their individual market propositions.
